» EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Works directly with staff on a regular basis to help guide the overall strategic plan of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

» FINANCE COMMITTEE

Maintains the expenses and revenue of the organization, helps develop a budget, and approves capital expenditures.

Roles & Responsibilities

» EDUCATION COMMITTEE

Develops curriculum, targets new educational partners, and attends community events to promote the SDFLC’s programs and outreach events.

» MILITARY COMMITTEE

Helps reach out to active, veteran, and transitioning military members to promote the Boost For Our Heroes program and recruit speakers and volunteers.

» SPECIAL EVENT/GOLF COMMITTEE

Executes and oversees the our largest fundraiser, the Boost For Our Heroes Golf Tournament, as well as other events that impact our education programs.

» DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

Executes the fundraising plan and develops short and long-term strategies to ensure revenue viability while also identifying potential collaborative grant opportunities.

» TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE

Focuses on the growing needs of the SDFLC in the technological realm, paying special attention to metrics analysis, mobile applications, CRM development, and website analytics.
