We were at two special presentations as part of San Diego Mesa College’s Financial Literacy Speaker Series. On April 4, our Director of Community Outreach Chase Peckham presented “Your credit score and you.” Students showed up wondering “What is it? How does it work? Do I really need one? And how do I take care of it?,” and Chase was more than happy to provide the knowledge.
For the second presentation our volunteer presenter and board member Paul Lim was out to present Introduction to Investments. During the presentation, Paul let students know that with the right financial plan, becoming a millionaire is possible!
