In addition, Scott contributes to the banks marketing, new product development, and customer experience enhancement efforts. 

Scott has over twelve years of business banking experience in San Diego. Prior to joining Bank of Southern California in 2019, Scott worked for Silvergate bank in a variety of roles. Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Arizona, where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. 

Scott has maintained heavy involvement and held numerous leadership roles with local nonprofits throughout his career.
