Every semester we have the privilege of working with many teachers and professors at various schools, colleges and universities around San Diego. This semester one class that stood out is professor Howard Eskew’s Personal Finance class at San Diego Mesa College. In November we conducted the last two presentations of a five part series covering everything from budgeting to investing.
Also as part of the course students had the opportunity to sit one on one to review their budgets with a financial volunteer at the beginning and end of the semester. This month two of our staff members got to sit and see firsthand the progress students had made over the course of the semester. We look forward to returning to the class again in the spring semester!
